Plan Administrator: Trawick International | AM Best Rating: A "Excellent" | Underwriter: United States Fire Insurance Company

• Plan best suited - Non-US students studying outside their home country.
• Ages - Up to 64 years.
• Coverage length - Minimum 1 month and Maximum up to 12 months.
• ID card - Apply online and get ID card by email.
• Renew - Renew online, by phone, by email, by fax.
• Maternity coverage after 12 months on the plan.
• Plan pays 80% of the first $10,000 then 100% up to the policy maximum.

Eligibility

Students, Scholars, their Spouse or Domestic Partner and Dependent Children under age 18 are eligible to be insured. We maintain the right to investigate eligibility status and attendance records to verify eligibility requirements are met. If We discover the eligibility requirements are not met, Our only obligation is to refund any premium paid for that person. Dependents must enroll on same date as insured. An Insured’s Dependent is eligible on the later of:

• the Insured is eligible, if the Insured has Dependents on that date; or
• the date the person becomes a Dependent.

Period of Coverage

The minimum Period of Coverage under this Plan is 1 month, the maximum is 12 months.

Effective Date

• The date We receive your completed application and premium for the Policy Period;
• The Effective Date requested on the application;
• The moment you depart your Home Country; or
• The date We approve the application.
