• Coverage Length: Min 30 days up to max 300 days.
• Renew Online: It can be renewed up to 300 days after the initial enrollment period, $5 application fee.
• Acute Onset of Pre-X Coverage: Age (0-69) coverage upto $150,000 and Age (70-89) coverage up to $75,000.
