• Eligibility: Non US Citizens and Non US Residents age 0-99 while traveling outside their Home Country, but not visiting the United States.
• Coverage Length: Min 5 days up to max 365 days.
• Renew Online: Policy can be renewed up to maximum of 365 days, also Renewal fees of $5 applies.
• Acute Onset of Pre-existing Condition: Age (0-69) : up to $25,000 ; Age 70 & over : up to $5,000.

Eligibility. Liaison® provides coverage as outlined in this Certificate of Insurance for You while traveling outside of Your Home Country. For United States Citizens, “Home Country” is always the United States. Eligible individuals may also purchase coverage for their Spouse, Traveling Companions, and Child(ren). It is Your responsibility to maintain all records regarding travel history and age and to provide any documents to the Administrator necessary to verify eligibility requirements.

Period of Coverage. Period of Coverage and the Maximum Period of Coverage are defined in Section 9. The minimum Period of Coverage under the Liaison® Plan is five (5) days. Subject to those minimum and maximums, Coverage can be purchased in daily periods by paying the appropriate Plan cost.
