• Eligibility: Non US citizen age 0-99 traveling to USA and traveling outside their home country.
• Coverage Length: Min 5 days up to max 2 years.
• Renew Online : Policy can be renewed up to maximum 2 years, also Renewable fees $5 applies.
• Acute Onset of Pre-existing Condition: up to policy maximum (with primary health plan) or up to $20,000 (without primary health plan) for ages under 65 years. For ages 65 and above, plan will pay up to $2,500 (with & without primary health plan).
• Co-Insurance:
  • In Network: After the Deductible, the Plan will pay 90% of the next $5,000 of Eligible Medical Expenses.
  • Out-of-Network: After the Deductible, the Plan will pay 80% of the next $5,000 of Eligible Medical Expenses.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is very important to IMG. If you are not pleased with this product for any reason, you may submit a written request, prior to your effect date for cancellation and refund of your premium. If you do not have any claims filed with IMG, you may cancel your plan after your effective date, however, the following conditions will apply:

1. you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee and
2. only full month premiums will be considered for refunds (e.g., if you choose to cancel your coverage two months and two weeks prior to the date your coverage ends, IMG will only consider the two full months for a refund). If you have filed claims, your premium is non-refundable.
