Eligibility: Non US citizen & US Expatriates age 0-99 traveling to USA and traveling outside their home country.
Coverage Length: Minimum 90 days to 12 months.
Renew Online: It can be renewed up to 12months after the initial enrollment period,$5 application fee will charged for auto-enrollment.
Covers all pre-existing conditions: Including any in-patient, out-patient, urgent care, specialist, doctor visits, anything related to pre-existing conditions. Pre-Existing Conditions treated like new sickness.
Pre-Existing Condition: $25,000 and Deductible of $1,500 (Age 69 & under) or a Maximum Benefit of $20,000 and Deductible of $1,500 (Ages 70-99).
$0 Copay for Doctors Visit & Urgent Care using MeMD Telemedicine.
PPO Network: Provides United Healthcare PPO Network.
Includes Coverage for Dental, Prescription Drug , Vision issues such as eye irritations, Urinary Tract Infections.
