Eligibility: Non US citizen & US Expatriates age 0-99 traveling to USA and traveling outside their home country.
Coverage Length: Minimum 90 days to 12 months.
Renew Online: It can be renewed up to 12months after the initial enrollment period,$5 application fee will charged for auto-enrollment.
Covers all pre-existing conditions: Including any in-patient, out-patient, urgent care, specialist, doctor visits, anything related to pre-existing conditions. Pre-Existing Conditions treated like new sickness.
Pre-Existing Condition: For Policy Maximum 100,000 (Age 0-69):-$20,000 & $40,000; (Age 70-99):-$15,000 & $25,000; For Policy Maximum 150,000 (Age 0-69):-$30,000 & $60,000.
